The Truck Trials application does not share personal information with third parties nor does it store any personal information about you. The game allows you to play online using your Microsoft Account (Live ID). The unique id of this account is used to connect your game profile to your account, not the e-mail itself. Customization unlocks, purchases from the Garage screen, display name, stats, and game score is stored online.

We use technologies like unique device identifiers to anonymously identify your Microsoft Account (Live ID), computer or device so we can deliver a better experience. Our systems may also log information like your IP address for security reasons only.
We also may collect personally identifiable information that you provide to us, such as your Microsoft Account. With your permission, we may also access other personal information on your device, such as your phone book, calendar or messages, in order to provide services to you. If authorized by you, we may also access profile and other information from services like Facebook.
Our systems are not designed to associate personal information with your activities.
We do not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly obtain parental consent or remove the information.

You sign into your account when staring the game, and can see any information we have stored, such as your nickname, game purchases, and game score. The only thing we hide is your personal GUID of the associated Microsoft Account you used to sign in with. This GUID is an identifier of your Microsoft Account and cannot be used for other purposes than identify the account. You can also contact us by email (petriw@gmail.com) to request to see this information and delete your account. Your game progress and account will then be lost.

We generally do not share personally identifiable information with other companies. All your data is stored on your local device and some of it is synced with the games accounts database, hosted in Windows Azure.

If you register for a free trial of the Reentry – An Orbital Simulator software, this EULA agreement will also govern that trial. License Grant

Wilhelmsen Studios hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Reentry – An Orbital Simulator software on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA agreement.

You are permitted to load the Reentry – An Orbital Simulator software (for example a PC, laptop, tablet) under your control. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements of the Reentry – An Orbital Simulator software. The minimum requirements are an indication of the system requirements needed to run Reentry – An Orbital Simulator, but does not guarantee that the Software will run correctly.

You are not permitted to:

  • Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate or otherwise change the whole or any part of the Software nor permit the whole or any part of the Software to be combined with or become incorporated in any other software, nor decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software or attempt to do any such things
  • Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell or otherwise use the Software for any commercial purpose
  • Allow any third party to use the Software on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party
  • Use the Software in any way which breaches any applicable local, national or international law
  • use the Software for any purpose that Wilhelmsen Studios considers is a breach of this EULA agreement

Intellectual Property and Ownership

Wilhelmsen Studios shall at all times retain ownership of the Software as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads of the Software by you. The Software (and the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in the Software, including any modifications made thereto) are and shall remain the property of Wilhelmsen Studios.

Wilhelmsen Studios reserves the right to grant licenses to use the Software to third parties.

Indemnification

Wilhelmsen Studios will provide the user with the Software on an “as-is” basis only, and offer the user no warranty on the Software in any respect. The user agrees to indemnify and hold Wilhelmsen Studios harmless from and against all the risks arising out of the use of the Software.

Wilhelmsen Studios will assume neither responsibility nor liability for any damage arising out of the use of the Software (e.g., loss of credit or reputation, suspension or interruption of business, malfunction or breakdown of a computer, or other civil or criminal damages).

To use the Software, the user is required to receive a “STEAM” log-in authorization given by Valve, and follow necessary procedures. However, Wilhelmsen Studios will offer the user no warranty on any issue arising out of the use of the “STEAM” service, and give no support thereto. This also applies to “Microsoft Store”.

Wilhelmsen Studios may be free to change, at any time, the contents, functions or services offered by the Software (e.g., game service between or among the users of the Software), but will assume neither responsibility nor liability for its continuity, accuracy, reliability, security or any matter.

Termination

This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use the Software and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time upon written notice to Wilhelmsen Studios.

It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA agreement. Upon such termination, the licenses granted by this EULA agreement will immediately terminate and you agree to stop all access and use of the Software. The provisions that by their nature continue and survive will survive any termination of this EULA agreement.

Governing Law

This EULA agreement, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway.
